System boiler - hot water pump

Hi All,

Can someone please advise if I can use the water pump to increase the hot water pressure in the taps which is currently very slow. I already have one pump installed but i believe that is for central heating?

If I need to install the hot water pump would that heating pump still stay there? Or is there any water pump which can do two jobs (heating and normal water pressure)?

The hot water pressure is very slow, its always been like this ever since we moved to the property 3 years ago.

My cold water tank is in the loft.

UK visit visa profile.

Sponsoring my mother’s UK visit visa as my younger brother is getting married in the UK. she came in the UK on a visit visa two years ago and stayed three months (As mentioned on the application that she will stay three months). Since there are so many refusals nowadays, I am bit scared this time.

She has three Children in the UK and three in the Pakistan. One sibling in the UK and rest in Pak. Financially she is dependent on me. She receives fix amount per month from me. She has a property on her name and no other asset or income. My father died in 2001.

Ties with the country:

1: She has three children in Pakistan and siblings in Pakistan - FRC (Family registration certificate) and ID cards will be provided for proof.

2: She has grand children in Pakistan - FRC will be provided.

3: She has property on her name - property document will be provided.

Since I am a sponsor and I have no issue of funds on my side and I have a property on my name, I am not worried about that. All other sponsor’s documents are also ready like financial proofs, payslips, property ownership and wedding venue bookings etc..

The only thing I am worried this time is the ties with the country. I supplied the same ties as stated above in her last successful visa application. After seeing so many refusal it feels like they have tighten up on the visit visas.

Can someone advise if I can add any other document to show strong ties back in the country?
