Considering buying my first robot mower in pd. Help me pull the trigger!
Hey everyone, I'm thinking about buying a robotic mower during pd sales.
I've got a 1.25 acre lot planted with a mix of bermuda and zoysia. It's a mostly flat, simple layout with just a few trees (see pic). Considering my basic setup, I’m leaning toward the navimow x430. And I just saw the pd price dropped by $400！
I've came across some positive reviews about its mowing capacity for bigger lawns. It also can cut some tight and clean stripes. However, my biggest hesitation is the edging. I’ve seen someone mentioning that robot mowers might leave some uncut grass along the edges. With a lawn this size, it would be a real hassle for me to go back and trim the edges myself. I need a robotic lawn mower that can indeed save me time and effort.
For those of you running x430 or other models, what's your real-world experience? Would love to hear some comparisons before I make a decision!
