Internship for founders office role for DU students
Hey so this is a great internship opportunity to work with a real estate investing company in GTB Nagar, near north campus. Though the work is remote.
You can learn a lot about business, investor relations, sales and working in a startup in the real estate space in Delhi NCR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evening execution Call (30 minutes): Conduct a daily review call with the Founder to go through
pending tasks and ensure action is completed during the call itself, including calls, messages and
follow-ups.
• Follow-Up Reminder Calls (1-2 per day): Remind the Founder of pending tasks and key contacts to be
called, and track each item through to completion.
• Meta Ads Lead Engagement (approx. 4-5 leads): Contact incoming leads, introduce and pitch the
Sonipat investment opportunity, educate the prospect, and schedule a follow-up call with the Founder.
• Task and Lead Tracking: Maintain a simple Google Sheets tracker of tasks and lead status, based on
the Founder's voice-note updates.
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
• Self-driven and disciplined, with the ability to work without close supervision
• Clear and confident phone communication in Hindi (English is an advantage)
• Consistent follow-through and strong sense of task ownership
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Reflective mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
