Tomatoes

The wind took out all my plants and Im starting over.

How deep do you transplant your tomatoes in a fabric bag?
And also when watering do you just find the sweet spot where it’s just damp at the bottom? I know about hydrophobic’s.

Wind? What could help?

My cherry heirloom tomato has been doing this in the evenings. It start around noon, I have tried every combination of placement, filtered sun, just morning sun… What can help? Should be watered, watered yesterday. Im still figuring out the rain science bags. Basil doesn’t do this, its just droopy and outline on top leaves.

It has been cold then sunny with winds and humidity in the 30’s rh. Really dry my skin was on fire. Had in the sun maybe too much two days ago and the leaves would curl upward and snapped out of it the next morning. Yesterday evening it started to curl even more and transplanted to 7g yesterday evening. (Was reaching maximum capacity before root swirling) Now its cold and raining. How could I fix this problem?
Pictures are from this morning and yesterday. Tent was made 30min ago
