Flip phone + rcs? (2026)

So lately I been looking to get a flip phone cos they're really cool, and because I want less distractions. I've been struggling to find a flip phone that supports RCS text messages (and group chats) what I'm looking for is an old fashioned flip phone (red would be cool) that hase Bluetooth, email services, a camera, a micro sd slot that can load MP3 music on the phone. I heard that the CAT s22 used to be compatible with rcs, but it's not anymore as of July and Google messages being required for rcsfor at&t. (also, I want to use the nano sim card from my current smart phone to put into the flip phone) I'm fine if it runs on Android, but I just want it to operate like that, not have a smartphone ui. please help me find a phone that matches (thanks!)

(I currently use at&t, but considering switching to something else)

day one: 😿

I tried the WILD method last night (first time), and here's how it went. I went to bed at around 12:30, and set an alarm for 4:00. I woke up, read a book for 20 minutes. I turned off the lights and lay still for the next 40 minutes. Within the next 20 minutes, I lost a tiny bit of feeling in my body, and my heart rate started spazzing out a couple of times. I didn't feel any other sensations. I couldn't see any visual hallucinations. At all. At 6, I gave up and got up. Do you guys have any tips or explanations? My theory is that I wasn't in REM before I woke up, so I could go back to rem when I went to dream.

This whole experience feels kinda scary, the whole heart racing, 3 AM, dark room, paralyzed body stuff. Have any tips?

Conclusion day one: 😿
