Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming the Spanish ptg players will not have all 99 stats, right?

They'll be 99 rated, and their stats will be upgraded as much as the overall rating goes up. Eg Ferran torres will go up by 3 so all his stats will as well.

First off, love evos.

But 99% of them give a 4th ps+, which can be good, but they all have a limit of 3 ps+ to be eligible. Resulting in chain evos being next to impossible. And I hate that.
