Why rental search in Brisbane is sh*t?
Recently moved to AU/Brisbane. I have been desperately searching for a house rental for a month. been applying for all available ads and attending many inspections. But I have always been unsuccessful.
I know there is no housing shortage, but property managers are playing it smart just to show that there are few houses available on the market, creating scarcity and driving prices up like hell.
