I love repurposing food/product containers for storage and crafts, but some smells just refuse to leave. Like plastic peanut butter jars, glass pepper jars, plastic detergent pod containers (I don’t use for food), and things like that. Is there a way to lessen the smell / get rid of it completely, or do I just accept it as a part of the jar?

I started playing a couple weeks ago. While I know where most of the lights are, there’s still a few places I need to explore. I like to have the chance to find things myself.

Befriended a random person who was obviously knowledgeable. I held their hand while they/we did dailies and then they went to the wind paths. There’s a light I hadn’t gotten there yet and I said a couple times I wanted to explore it by myself. I didn’t really want to be rude and let go, I thought we were just going somewhere else, but they proceeded to swoop by the other light. Dude!

It honestly made me sad and I stopped playing. I don’t know if my requests were lost in the games translation but I try to speak very clearly and simply for that reason, and I said it twice. I just really hate this assumption that new player = must have the answers handed to them immediately. I thought it was kind of obvious to the nature of the game that exploring things for yourself was a staple. Now that light will forever be soured because I never got the chance to find it myself.

Please, if you’re a knowledgeable player, just ask if someone wants to be shown the location of lights. Don’t just grab them and take them, unless they request it themselves.

Sorry for the rant, I’m just sad I didn’t get to experience a part of the game I was looking forward to.
