I bought a xtool printer oven combo 10K in price and straight out of the box it wont work. What ever trouble shoot i do it simply dont want to print.

The first calibration i get a sever nozzle block i have done so many tests that i ran out of moisteriser and almost out of paper.

​

The white ink doesnt flow at all so prints have no white layer.

​

After many more testing i get "image recognition error"

When i ignore that one i got a pretty serious error something with power outage and i needed to reset the machine completely (3x now ) in the middle of a test. The logo turns red

​

Support is horrible, i contacted it through the software and they talk to you and then they ghost you.

​

I contacted via email and i only got "we take this very serious and it is escalated to a senior advisor"

​

If i dont hear something today i will take legal steps im in a EU country so my rights are either xtool repairs or replaces and if not refund me and pick up this piece of garbage.

I have it for 4 days now and not even made one print.
