Looking for like minded entrepreneurs who are committed to help me

Assalamu alaikum,

Im a software developer from Canada and have a couple ideas I'm working on, but whenever i try to find people to help me, they quickly lose interest.

I need someone who's serious and committed, preferably someone who is technical or has marketing skills.

Some ideas im working on:

  1. App that applies for you, and keeps track of resumes.

2.Saas for immigration consultants in Canada

If you have any ideas for problems people have and need help, let me know, I'm also willing to help. The first step would be to validate the idea

What does Allah mean when he says he intends ease for you?

I keep hearing Allah intends ease for you, or the deen is easy, but what does it exactly mean, because honestly it doesn't feel easy for me.

For example my work commute used to be 2 hours, but I have to stay another hour to pray maghrib otherwise I would miss it. It would also be -15c outside and I would have to wait for the bus and I would reach home really late (it was only 2 days a week in-office). I thought I could combine the prayers, but apparently you can't combine them if it's a habitual thing.

Also, during some seasons, isha is late and fajr is early, and I can't fully operate on 4-5 hours of sleep, and i would feel angry and grumpy with brain fog. I already have trouble falling asleep. Yes I know theres people who can operate normally on 4 hours of sleep, idk how they do it. I'm not special like them.

For reference I follow Sheikh Assim al Hakeem, and after watching a lot of his videos I learned how much haram there is here in the West, a lot of things that are hard to avoid. I'm stuck over analyzing everything little detail if its haram, and I want to make hijrah and decided to invest my money and trade gold so I can move. But then I learnt you can't invest in companies that deal with riba, WHICH IS 99% OF COMPANIES AND YOU CAN'T BUY GOLD ONLINE, SO WHAT AM I LEFT TO DO??

Also if I need a specific fatwa I can never get a hold of Sheikh Assim and he charges $110/half hour to consult him, and when I seek other opinions, they are always very differing opinions, and I don't know which one to follow and I feel doubtful, and sometimes I feel like seeking fatwas for you specific case is for the rich

Is it permissible to buy gold online but it's only kept in the bank, and I may never see it or receive it, but the transaction is instantaneous? The gold is kept in a bank. I know it has to be hand to hand, but I see different interpretations of this, some say it just means the transaction has to be instantaneous, others say it means it has to literally and physically be hand to hand in person.

I was looking swing trade gold, but it would be annoying buying and selling the gold in person. I can't even invest in stocks since 99% of companies deal with riba.
