Hello!

Scratching my head over what the noise could be.

Parts replaced:

Inner tie rod

Outer tie rod

Brake pads (along with misc parts)

Troubleshooting done :

Moved driver side wheel to passenger side, issue still persists.

Tightened all bolts on the caliper/rotor.

Reinstalled old brake pads/misc parts, issue still persists.

Wheels torqued to 80ft-lb.

Side Notes:

Added grease to the caliper slide pins.

Both front brake pads replaced, but only passenger side is making the noise.

Noise stops or at very least not loud enough to be noticed when the brakes are applied.

New rotor/pads en route.

Replacing front lower ball joints soon.

Everything (to my knowledge) is original to the car.

Any thoughts?
