The hardest part of running an agency isn't getting clients
The hardest part of running an agency isn't getting clients.
Honestly, I used to think getting clients would be the hardest part.
Now I'm realizing it's everything that comes after.
Getting a client is one thing.
Then you have to:
\- actually deliver what you promised
\- manage expectations
\- deal with revisions
\- keep communication clear
\- get results
\- build systems so everything doesn't depend on you
\- and somehow still find time to get the next client
And the funny part is… every time you think you've figured it out, something new breaks 😂
I'm still figuring a lot of this out myself.
For people who've been running agencies for a while:
What part became harder than you expected?
