Terrible performance since Friday

We had an amazing day on Thursday then everything died overnight. Literal crickets since Friday and performance has not improved one bit.

Not sure if there’s much to do in this situation but still hard to stomach seeing money being drained so quickly while getting little to none in return.

Can you only run static ads

I know the push has been greater creative diversity (format, angle etc) but has anyone successfully scaled a brand with only static?

I sell athletic accessories and our static ads consistently outperform UGCs, and I also realize our primary selling point is the design. It’s harder and harder to justify spending money on UGC when they convert less efficiently.

Would love to hear some perspective on this :)

Meta dumps all ad spend on one ad for a CBO campaign. What should I do

Hi everyone,

I’m still need to meta ads and want to better understand the best way to scale meta ads. I recently consolidated winning ad creative into one CBO campaign (2 ad sets, 2 creatives in each) with a daily budget of 80 dollars. It dumps all ad spend on one creative which performed super well the first day but performance deteriorated quickly.

What should I do? Should I turn off that ad creative to force spend on the others?

Did I break my ad account?

I’ve been running ads to promote products from my brand since we launched and we’ve had ok results from
Meta. One problem we’ve had consistently is not having enough conversions per week to exit the learning phase. We’d get a couple conversions per campaign every week but it’s quite inconsistent and unpredictable.

I watched a lot of YouTube videos on how to run meta ads and decided to consolidate winning ads into one campaign and one ad set and let meta pic the winner AND set our targeting to broad.

Ever since I made this change I’ve seen no ATC and no purchase from our ads, which is quite unusual.

For context, we spend around 50-100 per day on meta ads. CAC is currently at 40-50 dollars.

I’ve since restarted some campaigns I’ve turned off hoping to juice some performance but so far it’s been super quiet. Did I break our ad account 🥹

Created 5 new ads today but none of them is delivering

Hi, I am building a small brand and we primarily advertise on meta. I created some new ad creative to test today and set them up under one campaign but different ad set. For some reason, none of the ads has been delivering. In meta ad manager they are all apparently in some "learning phase" but have no idea when they will actually start delivering.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
