





getting into doodling as meditation - thoughts?
I’ve always been a doodler (mostly to make sure I’m listening instead of zoning out in social situations), but recently I’ve gotten really into it as a way to decompress/meditate/etc. Got myself a notebook and supplies and all that. Here’s what I’ve done so far. Thoughts? Ways to improve? New patterns to try? This sub seems full of super rad people so I thought I’d hop on the bandwagon 🔮
