Flowers for a birthday
I recently had a birthday, and while the flowers were still standing, I decided to capture their beauty.
Eye of the Sun — Handmade Psychedelic Shibori Tapestry
After more than 20 years of experimenting with shibori dyeing, I still feel that the final stage of each work happens beyond my control.
This piece is called “Eye of the Sun” —a symbol of truth, awakening, and the fire that burns away illusion.
Hand-dyed on custom Chiang Mai cotton using my own original techniques.
No digital printing.No repetition.Only one exists.
I wanted this piece to feel like a meditation space, a cosmic mirror, or a doorway into something ancient and luminous. 🌞
