More to come, I’m getting the hang of it still!
Modeled in Blender, comped in After Effects. If you look for a while without blinking and then pause, it moves on its own. Have fun!
Unfocus your eyes and put this on loop. All OC by me ❤️
I frickin love sunsets and trees and water and lighting things on fire...
I played around with some Day for Night shooting too, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
Some day for night stuff to help sell the vibe of the sunset, let me know what you think! I'm really happy with the different tones of blues I was able to get!
Would love some constructive criticism. I'm really happy with the density of my colors but I think it might be have a little too much contrast/saturation. Any advice on how to keep that without it looking unnatural? The editing I did was pretty minimal, no real exposure changes or anything since I liked how it looked out of camera. Thanks!
One Puuuuunch!!! I love OPM and this is one of a series I plan on doing, please let me know what else you’d like to see.
I love Civil War, but the grade is terrible... here all I really did was add come contrast, exposure, and saturation. Some masking for shadow details and stuff too. I didn't think a creative look was super necessary. Would love some feedback!
EDIT: Thank you to those who wrote something thoughtful, your criticism is appreciated! If this keeps getting engagement please continue to give me specific callouts, i.e. reds are too red or highlights are crushed. That is helpful for me. Saying it looks bad or not cinematic is a little too vague for me. Thanks!
Edit 2: “the grade is terrible” is mean, sorry for being mean for no reason. I don’t like the grade of the movie, I never have, but that is not the colorists fault.
