Is my landlord required to fix holes in ceiling drywall?
The attached picture is of a water heater with unfinished drywall above it in a condo in GA that I've been renting for the last 3.5 years.
It didn't initially concern me since I've seen this in a previous rental space before, but now I'm getting brown recluse spiders in my space. I've put a sticky trap in the hole, and they're definitely coming out of there.
I would like to know if I ask my landlord to have this drywall repaired if she's required to do so.
