Hi all,
Got my 2015 TT a few months ago and I need to get new tyres. Went to get a quote today (based in Aus) for Pirelli similar to what’s currently on the car came in around $3k cheaper tyres were around $2k. Tyre guy said it’s coz they’re 20r. I swap the wheels to
19’s with new tyres for around $2700 and then tyre changes going forward get way cheaper.
My question is do you think the difference between 20’s and 19’s is really obvious visually and would changing ruin the look of the car?
