I've unlocked Fractionators and am unsure how to proceed. I'm slowly getting purple cubes, hardly sending solar sails and do need to increase my power (all wind atm). should i be using these fractionators to make deuterium to make fuel?

I have too much hydrogen so it make sense there, but do they pay from themselves with that 1% conversion rate and 20 deuterium needed to make a single power cell.

Wondering if anyone has seen or used a mod that works in agot that lets you destroy provinces (turn them into ruins).

I like the early game but after 40 or so provinces it becomes too much work for me. I know i can hand them over to vassals but i actually don't want more levies or the workload managing them adds. Plus i'd like to try a demolish the seven kingdoms playthrough.

I already use Divine intervention cheat mod, but it won't let you destroy the first county for each province.
