35 [TM4TM] tell me about your day or interests

I'm a genderqueer trans guy struggling with depression, looking for more connections and transmasc friendship.

Tell me about your life, what you're eating or watching/reading/playing, where you're from, what you like or love to do. What you're struggling with or what makes you hopeful. Basically anything you want to talk about.

I don't really know. Even if we don't click I think there is something to be gained in trying.

Sex and romance can be tricky for me, I'm potentially open to it but not to be expected. I do find sex and kink interesting as a topic and am pretty non judgemental or squeamish.

Especially interested in other gay or queer guys, 30+, but open to basically anyone trans who wants to talk. Don't have to be binary about it.

I like old movies, video games, nature and gardening. I am very silly but you have to unlock that. I'm mostly a hermit but believe a bit of partying is good for the soul. Struggling with forward momentum, maybe we can struggle together.

I can be slow to respond, please don't take it personally. If this post is up feel free to message.

legal to sell buttons from cut up magazines?

Sorry if this is a repetitive question, but I searched around and couldn't seem to find this exact scenario discussed.

Basically I would like to make and sell buttons and magnets using images from magazines. I would not be reproducing the images but using the actual magazine paper, I would also not be claiming it as my own art or image.

Would this fall under the first-sale doctrine? It seems like it would be legal for me to resell the magazines but does isolating the images (or 'transforming' the product) change the legality? Would it matter what the image was of? For example, a photo of a piece of art, where the art itself may be copyrighted not just the photograph.

Also would making collage vs using whole unaltered images make a legal difference?

Thank you for your time!
