Power bank Conditioner or how to keep your power bank alive

I have an Anker Prime 20,000m-Ah power bank that just died. I do not use this very often and when I needed it this last weekend it was dead and wont come back. I understand that these should be discharged and re-charged regularly, but who remembers to do that when it sits in a drawer waiting to be used?

The Anker Prime has a charging base for this power bank that I though could be used as a conditioner, but the descriptions do not indicate anything about that. And it seems that through very little research that these type of batteries cannot be "conditioned" like one might for a car battery that sits for long periods. However, what I understand is that one can burndown a power bank at lest every couple months and and recharge to keep it alive.

So is there, or why is there not a device you can plug a power bank into that does this discharge/recharge cycle automatically so the power bank is always ready to go?

While I read tons of cool posts about creating playlists with AI, ratings and so on, I just put all my favs (albums and singles) in one giant list and press shuffle. There is one thing that is annoying about this and that are tracks that are meant to be played sequentially but don't on shuffle.

Is there a way to tag two or more tracks to play sequentially in order when in a larger shuffled playlist?

Or, as a feature request please make a way to tag tracks so they play sequentially and in a specific order even if in a larger list that has been shuffled.

Thank you.
