Seems like too many people are trying to use the add on. I’m getting the error code when trying to access the catalogue. Is it just a case of waiting a little bit for the pressure to alleviate?
Not to sound ungrateful as this is the first time it has taken so long for a race to upload. But any idea when the race will be available?
I viewed a place the other day and it is not split and has an energy label D which was granted a month ago. So to me there are two great parts for busting, no split at all and energy label is assigned to something which isn’t the apartment which I viewed.
But I did some further reading and it seems even if you start a procedure at the Commission the landlord can still get both of those items and have it included in the points calculation. This obviously reduces the amount by which the rent will reduce by quite a lot. So unless I am wrong with regards to being able to get these items after the procedure has started. Is it still possible to get a grand slam rent bust?
