Unable to contact a human at customer support
I lost my Crypto.com card and disputed a transaction. My card was frozen last week. I'm trying to get in touch with customer support to find out how I can have a new card issued (at least on the app first) so that I can make online payments with the balance on the card.
Every time I use support, I get the AI responses. Then when the AI says I will speak to a specialist, and no specialist has got in touch all day. This process has repeated Sunday, Monday, and now again Tuesday. Is there any way to actually get in touch with a human at customer support? I never used to have issues like this (3+ days of waiting to hear back from a human).
