Does anybody know what this is? and how do I fix it. very annoying while writing. its like the brightness and darkness of the letters change for a split second

So I don't know. Used notability for a long time but have to say that apple notes (with no latency) just writes quicker and more smoothly. What do y'all do about the latency? I want to mimic the pen and paper feel as much as possible.
