Is there a way to get the Instacash without doing direct deposit and connecting your payroll??? I see people use this app a lot but I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Give me directions like I’m a 5 year old please!

I am a pretty intelligent person but I can’t seem to figure out how to get insta cash on here? My bank is connected but when I go to this, it wants me to link my payroll, etc. ?? Any suggestions or a way around this?
