this is so painful, it’s my first day taking the meds and im experiencing chills, high fever, and vomiting. i don’t know if this is normal. please help me and enlighten me, i feel like im going to die if i take another one again tomorrow

anyone here experienced chills on their 1st day of taking meds? is it normal?
