
cut? maintenance? or bulk?
currently weigh 150lbs 5’11, i been trying to do a slight bulk of 250cals over my maintenance, ik i could go way over easy and pack on weight quicker but i want to minimize fat gain, should i stick to going a bit or maintenance or maybe even cut? ive seen videos saying cut if you have some fat and love handles which i slightly do but idk lmao
