2025 Rock Creek Blown Engine 13K miles

Had my first major breakdown with my new Pathfinder. Driving on a long (12-hour) road trip, the engine blew. Only 13K miles on the car. Roadside assistance was great; they had a tow truck there within 2 hours. Pathfinder has been at the dealer for 24 days already, and they say it will be another week or two to get all the parts (Long Block engine). Looks like everything is covered under warranty, but I am questioning long-term reliability. I love the car and hope to keep it for a very long time, but I'm not sure what to expect with a new (at least I hope it is new and not a used) engine. Has anyone ever had a major issue early on in a vehicle's life and had the vehicle last? Would you keep or trade it in immediately? Are Local dealers even equipped and trained to do a complete engine swap in these new cars?

Hi, forgive me if I am not asking this correctly. My child has been doing All-Star Cheer for the past 7 years. The small gym (less than 25 athletes) she has cheered for has always competed at events that give bids to ASW. Her current gym is closing, and the only other local gym is larger (over 100 athletes) and does Varsity/Summit. I have heard horror stories about the cost of gyms that are on the Varsity/Summit track. Does anyone have an idea how the costs compare? Is it true that Varsity/Summit events require you to stay at specific hotels or on packages?
