Creating a Game Inspired By Naruto, Thoughts?

Hello everyone!

My name's Bimo, and I'm a game developer currently exploring the idea of creating a story-driven RPG inspired by what I love most about Naruto.

Rather than simply retelling the story, I'm interested in understanding which parts of the narrative resonated most with fans, which moments you felt could have been explored further, and how player choice might create a different kind of storytelling experience.

Before I go any further, I'd love to hear your thoughts:

  • What do you think Naruto absolutely got right?
  • Which characters or storylines had the most untapped potential?
  • Were there any arcs, relationships, or themes you wish had been explored more deeply?
  • If you could change one thing about the story, what would it be?

I'd really appreciate any thoughts, opinions, or suggestions you have. Thank you!

Check Out My New Emirati Game!

Hi everyone, my name is Eman and I’m an Emirati game developer based in Abu Dhabi. I wanted to share a short game I just released called: “What Was I Going To Say…?”

It’s a short story-driven game about memory, family, and the little moments we often take for granted. You play as Ghalya, who tries to helps her grandmother find the words she’d forgotten.

You can play my game for free on laptop in browser! No need for installations. Here’s a link:

I’d really love to hear what you think of the concept. Does this sound like something you’d play? Any feedback is welcome.
