I have a team Manager interview coming up for Marks and Spencer Food Hall. Does anyone have any experience with either interviews of this kind or actually doing the job? I would be grateful for any information good or bad about working for them and about the role in general. For context I currently work as a DSM for Aldi. I am also looking for opportunities at Tesco and would be interested in peoples views about pros and cons of Tesco v M and S too. Thanks !
