Anyone seen similar conditions and know any tips to repair the skin barrier and help reduce the need to itch so much. This is probably the worst my hand has been so any help to do with diet or anyhow is helpful.

I use the LCO method daily and my hair just dries out very quickly, is there any reason for it or do I just have to reapply during the day. The moisture should be lasting all day but the image is just for an idea of length.
