I'm planning to book a toy train to coonoor from otty and ..the timing is from 5.30pm to 6.30pm ..so is this a good time to experience the ride?

Recommend any Hotels or rooms under budget , as cheap as possible
Yeah I don't care about the dust , the cold water , small room or anything..I want somewhere to stay near bustand for 500 rupees or under per night , I just want a room where i can lock my door and have a working fan with a working plug point ..any recommendations?
