waking up feeling stiff at 24… is this normal or am i cooked?
this might sound dumb but hear me out 😭
lately when i wake up, my body feels like it needs a few minutes to unlock. like my knees feel weird, shoulders kinda tight, even just getting out of bed feels off for a second. then once i start moving, it goes away
im not inactive either, i train a few times a week and move around a lot, so i didnt expect to feel like this already 💀
its not pain or injury, just that stiff, slow feeling in the morning that makes you question things a bit. now im wondering if this is one of those early signs people talk about with aging or recovery not being the same anymore. been seeing stuff about joints needing more support over time, like collagen and all that, but idk how much of that is real
anyone else had this phase where your body just feels off when you wake up and did it go away or did you have to actually change something?
