Today’s ACON review

Just wanted to hop on here and say that usually I am an ACON hater, a loather really. Like if there are no more haters left on earth for ACON know I am dead type of loathing. This all stems from the fact that I simply can’t do a lot of the exercises. It’s typically a TON of jumping and plyometric moves that I simply cannot coordinate. What makes it worse is that I “look” like I should be able to do these things but what I possess in height and svelteness I lack in athletic ability. Which always makes ACON harder because the trainers are like “oh you could do this easily… no…. You have to JUMP” “I AM JUMPING!!!”

Anyway, all that aside, I’ve been attempting to purposefully have a better attitude with the hope that I can get through an ACON without feeling totally defeated. I have to say, I actually enjoyed today! Although there were surrenders which only a few people could do (not me! 😊) everything else was doable which made me feel like perhaps I’m marginally improving? If any burn creators read this sub—please less jumping overall and more skills we can build on!!

Hopefully one day I’ll be able to surrender or box jump or just jump in general…
