Hostel Life Is Getting Me Fucked Up
It's been just one fucking week in BH1 at LNMIIT and honestly, hostel life is already getting me fucked up.
The room is supposed to be for two people. There are three of us. The AC isn't working, the room gets insanely hot, and now my whole body is itching with redness. Sleeping properly has basically become a luxury.
And even if I somehow manage to survive the heat, people from the nearby wing are smoking, shouting and playing loud music till 2–3 AM. Complaining to the warden doesn't seem to do shit. No one checks, no one cares.
The washrooms are another story. Except T001, the hygiene is genuinely disgusting. We've complained about it, but apparently that's not enough reason for anyone to actually do something.
Then there's the random water scarcity. No notice, no warning. You just find out when you actually need water.
The worst part isn't even one particular problem. It's everything happening together.
You don't sleep properly, so you're irritated the whole day. You can't focus in class. You come back hoping to rest and there's more fucking noise.
It's been seven days, and I'm already exhausted.
I didn't expect a five-star hostel.
I just expected basic fucking living conditions.
And honestly, if this is what the next three years are going to look like, I don't know what the hell I've signed up for.
