Algae problem with Bare bottom tank

Hello guys, I am getting algae too much. In glass wall it comes a little bit so I clean once a week and it becomes clean. But in bottom it comes very faster, if I clean it again comes in 2 days and ina day it becomes very deep colored. And if I clean it makes water dirty for whole day then I had to siphon the remains from floor.

So I just wanted to know if there is any way to reduce that.

Need Suggestions as a Beginner

I want to make a 1feet cube tank with plants and driftwood, and will dona little bit scaping by myself. As a beginner I would like to get suggestions from you about what plant should I use as this will be a non CO2 and will be very clean simple, not full of plants only. I will keep a Betta fish and maybe some cherry shrimps. Image is for reference (From Chatgpt). And also suggest me Light, Filter system etc.
