Duramax rides terrible

Hello all! A few months back I made a post explaining that my 2017 Duramax rides like trash. You can feel every imperfection in the road and it feels like it’s jarring the truck to death. The general consensus on here seemed to be that my torsion keys were probably maxed out.

After looking at some vids on YouTube, it looks like to me that when the torsion keys are maxed out, the upper control arm is usually resting/close to the bump stop. However, as you can see from the pic, mine would seem to still have a good deal of travel still.

Pardon my ignorance, my knowledge of suspension components is lacking. Could it still be that my torsion keys are maxed out even though my control arms don’t seem to be close to hitting the stops? I’m getting close to being able to get a lift kit which will hopefully alleviate this issue altogether, although this truck seems to have a 3.5” rough country lift already on it from what I can tell of the components. Thanks for any advice!!
