Platinum #270: Star Wars Battlefront II + 100%

Time: 55 hrs

The game is still very active on almost every mode. Didn't need to boost any of the online trophies, did all of them through normal playing.

Quite improved mechanics from the first game.

Now, I'm done with both the battlefront games.

Finally got both Army of Two games done.

Platinum #267: Battlefield Hardline (PS4) + 94%

Time: 124 hrs

This one was a long grind for the 40k kills but thankfully having four consoles and copies of the game cut it down by a lot, and helped me achieve it before server shutdown.

The Test your Mettle trophy has been unobtainable for years, so getting the 100% was impossible for me. However, I'm quite content with the 94%.

At last, got this plat done. The Heavy Ordinance Specialist trophy has been unobtainable since September 2025. Only recently, after the game was removed from COD HQ and became standalone was the trophy fixed and the platinum became obtainable again for both the standalone as well as the COD HQ list.

Gears of War 2 99%

Time taken: 172 hrs

Fantastic game and one of the best in the series. It has a perfect balance in narrative, gameplay and adventure.

The lvl 100 in multiplayer was quite grindy. Horde was a lot of fun especially with more players. Getting the 100k kills wasn't as tiresome as getting 10k kills in the first game, as the kills across all modes count.

My only regret is I can never 100% this awesome game as one of the easiest achievements is unobtainable. Nevertheless, I consider it a completion ✅ for me.
