Has anyone been switched from AS209 to AS7018 that was a legacy QF customer? I remember reading that the rollout would be regional, but it’s unclear if it’s begun yet.
It’s a little thing, but native dual-stack IPv6 is the thing I’m most excited about.

I used to have Quantum 2Gbps a few months ago, but XFINITY gave me an enticing offer to switch.
Unfortunately this came with its own XFINITY-related challenges. So, when I saw the 2Gig for $70 offer, I jumped on it!
Long story short, I have hardware capable of 10Gbps wired, both my router and PCs, I was getting 2.5Gbps comfortably on my 2G plan through XFINITY, but with Quantum, I seem to max out at 1Gbps…
This happened before when I initially transferred from CenturyLink to Quantum and my account had a provisioning issue that limited it to 1Gbps, this took a couple weeks of back and forth with support to resolve. I don’t want to assume that correlation is causation here, but it does seem pretty similar.
I tried to explain this to the technician, but he was mostly focused on ensuring the connection to the internet was active, which is fair, that’s his job.
My plan on my account says 2Gbps, but unfortunately I don’t get it… Wired or wireless. Any ideas how I can resolve?
