As title states. What's been your favourite/most effective/most fun change you've made to this module and how did your players react?

Hi all. My group is looking to start playing CoS soon as I want to start it off with a bang.

Looking for advice on the best 3d printable tile set (such as Deathx, Dungeon Blocks, FDG, people have found that creates the most authentic death house in their opinion.

I appreciate this is a pretty niche question, but hay ho.
