Hello Good Souls,

This is my first story, and I've been working on it for years. It's a sci-fi action series, and after 30+ chapters my stats are in the screenshot. Is this a bad response?

I've published across multiple platforms without gaining traction on any of them. So I've decided to rewrite the story with the same core plot but better writing, and to redo the cover and blurb as well. Royal Road is my main target because it fits sci-fi action so well.

I'm stuck between two options:

1. Update the existing story with the rewritten chapters and new cover and blurb.
2. Delete it and relaunch as a new fiction with everything improved.

Which would you choose? Any advice is appreciated.

Hello Good Souls,
I'm a struggling author having a hard time with my story. Even though everyone says my story is too good and I should keep writing, the reality says otherwise. I have barely any readers despite having a ton of exposure. I started four years ago, stopped midway, and then continued. So I lost my chance to grab a contract.
That's why I'm thinking about relaunching my story, polishing everything except the core story.
But here is a question that I want answer. If you were browsing the site and eventually came across this cover, would you click on it? Is it a good cover?
