Need help bad smell scalp, head, armpits
Hello everyone, I need some advice. I’m actually having a problem with a bad smell, but I’m not sure if it’s coming from my scalp/head or my armpits. One of my classmates told me that my armpits smelled bad, so I tried smelling them myself, but I couldn’t notice any bad smell. They suggested that I use deodorant, but the smell still didn’t go away. I also take a bath regularly, around five times a week, so I’m confused about why the smell is still there.
But actually, my main suspect is my head/scalp because after I take a bath, I can sometimes notice the smell, especially when my hair and scalp are still wet. I’m also confused about whether the smell is actually coming from my head or my armpits. I’ve tried different anti-dandruff shampoos, including Head & Shoulders (green and pink), and I also tried using coconut oil, but nothing seems to work.
The worst part is that when some people smell it, they start sniffing or seem to develop a runny nose, and sometimes it seems to make their coughing worse.
Someone also suggested mixing vinegar and baking soda into a spray, applying it to my scalp, then taking a bath afterward and using the green Head & Shoulders shampoo. But I asked AI about it first, and I was told that it might not be safe. So now I’m not sure what I should do or what could actually be causing the smell.
