Dealing with a condescending senior associate

I’m a 4th year and have worked with a lot of partners / ran deals etc and am consistently told I perform above my level. I’m working with a new associate (a 6th year) who seems to be eager to prove himself, but he literally talks to me like I’m an idiot that hasn’t done a deal before. I don’t think he means to, but he gives me instructions for such basic things as if I’m a 1st or 2nd year. Idk what to say to him but this is really getting in my nerves and I just want to tell him something (even if in a joking manner). Help!

How do they pick who gets screen time on the show?

Title says it all. There are soo many girls on the show but I feel like we see the same rotation. Do some girls simply opt out of being on the show (I doubt it’s an option)? I assume they pick people that are charismatic and well spoken (like Faith, Reece etc) and also girls who are undergoing certain struggles (like Victoria in season 1), but idk still feels a bit odd that we see the same rotation and some girls we literally never or rarely see.

Also, I saw a post by Charly on her story, and there’s a girl who is absolutely gorgeous. She’s the one in the middle next to Parker and Charly. Anyone know who she is? Everyone else in the photo we know and have seen in the show.
