I have had this variegated ZZ in this moss cup for YEARS. This is the biggest it has gotten and I wonder 1) if I should be transferring it and 2) if yes, need advice on how best to do so

The roots are big, white and circling the bottom of the cup. It lives in a cabinet under lights but the cabinet doesnt offer much humidity/climate control beyond light

Erring on the side of not trying to fix something that aint broke i.e should i be changing anything at all if its growing? That being said this is years worth of growth and it has lost stems too so maybe its not happy and just trying its best

(The one beside it was bought separately, so it being so much smaller might be completely unrelated)
