Who can afford 2.5k per month for a 2-bed?

Just curious to understand how the rental market in Ireland still has so much demand.

Even if you earn a very good salary of 80k per year, you still need to spend 50% of your net income on accommodation.

So how does it work? Who is actually paying 2,500 per month just to have a roof over their head? Is everyone this well off?

What is everyone's experience with Claude Fable?

Has anyone tried using Fable in Claude Design?

I used it today to brainstorm in Claude based on previous research, then brought the solution/proposal over to make a prototype using our existing design system, and it impressed me a lot.

It is not only much better on the frontend part, but it also really helps solve complex problems.

How was your experience?

Is there a beginner-friendly dossier on FL?

Hello everyone. The topics being discussed here, such as consciousness, UAPs, and spirituality, fascinate me. I have studied them for quite some time. I am trying to understand the philosophy of FL, but there does not seem to be a centralized piece of information available.

  • For instance, what are their beliefs about God?
  • What is the highly discussed prediction they made?
  • How do they define consciousness and creation, and what is their stance on UAPs?

If anyone has this information, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

Seriously, only Fox News and NewsNation are covering this release? The government of a military superpower releases possible indications of alien life, and most media companies in the world blatantly ignore it? How is this possible? We basically have indications of the biggest news in human history, and nobody is sniffing around to go check it out.

This audio recording contains air to ground communications and the NASA Public Affairs audio feed with commentary, recorded during the flight of the Gemini VII mission. In this excerpted segment of audio, Astronaut Frank Borman reports to NASA mission control in Houston his sighting of an unidentified object, which he referred to as a "bogey." This sighting occurred on December 5, 1965. The dialogue includes Borman's initial report, as well as additional comments by Astronaut Jim Lovell, Borman's fellow crew member.
