Just wondering if anyone is aware of any support groups or meet ups for parents with autistic children?

My daughter is 11 and struggling a with friendships at school, and has no one outside of it. We want to be able to speak to others with autistic children while also allowing her the ability to make friends with other kids who are less likely to be horrible to her because she’s “different”.
