Hi guys. I’m frustrated. I did a ton of research into this and decided to get a Tonie box 2 over the yoto and other options. I heard about the glitches but thought it would be best as my child is very young. Well in the last 2 weeks we have had frequent issues. The tonies stopping playing. The tones not playing at all. Frequent restarts. Sometimes that works often it doesn’t. I’m at my wits end and my baby cries every time it’s so sad. Can anyone help? I’ve done the restarts. It’s charged. Why is this happening? Is there a solve? I’m in talks with customer service but they are making me jump through hoops and also they are out of the pink one we have.
