Uzumaki's War by Daystar Clarion (last update 2010)
Reality Bites by dti (last update 2018)

I’ve read these both dozens of times each and despite being incomplete they’re still some of my favorites. Still, I find myself periodically visiting the authors’ profiles to see if they’ve been active, despite knowing how insanely unlikely that would be.
