Customer Success professionals: what customer support tools are you using, and what frustrates you the most?

I'm curious to hear from people working in Customer Success and Customer Support.

Tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and similar platforms offer a lot of features, but depending on the team size and budget, they can sometimes feel unnecessarily expensive or complex.

I'd love to know:

  • What platform does your team currently use?
  • What's the biggest frustration with your current tool?
  • Are there features you wish existed, or things you think these platforms overcomplicate?
  • Have you considered switching to a more affordable alternative?

I'm working on a customer support platform called Asking (asking.com.br), and I'd rather learn from people dealing with these challenges every day than build features based on assumptions.

Honest feedback is very welcome!

I built a free, open-source Rubik’s Cube solver and speedcubing platform — looking for feedback

Hi everyone!

I’m a speedcuber and software developer, and I’ve been building SpeedCube, a free and open-source platform for cubers:

https://speedcube.com.br/

It currently includes:

  • Rubik’s Cube solver
  • Speedcubing timer
  • Scramble generation
  • Algorithm guides
  • Support for multiple puzzles and solving methods
  • Interactive cube visualizations

The project is still evolving, and I’d really appreciate feedback from people who actually cube.

I’m especially interested in hearing about:

  • Bugs or incorrect cube movements
  • Missing algorithms or solving methods
  • Timer usability
  • Mobile experience
  • Features you would genuinely use
  • Puzzles you would like to see supported next

I shared the project on Hacker News yesterday and it received around 15,000 visits, which was honestly much more attention than I expected. Now I’d love to hear from the speedcubing community itself.

The entire project is open source:

Thanks for checking it out!
