How are you supposed to develop people solving skills to do well in college exams?

I am asking in the context of electrical engineering. Doing practice programs and summarizing material in the textbook aren’t enough to do well from exams from my experience. So how do you develop the problem solving skills for exams? The concepts aren’t difficult, but problems can be asked in so many different ways that it’s hard to solve them in a timed exams. It’s kinda similar how the concepts in chess are simple, but being a good player is extremely hard

How do people who run high school cross country not get permanent running injuries?

It blows my mind that there are people who can run 50 miles per week with no issue. I tried to get into running when I was 18, and I ended up developing chronic feet pain. Six years later, it hasn’t gone away, and every doctor and physical therapist said the pain can’t be fixed and to never return to running. It’s frustrating that doctors don’t do research in what is intrinsically wrong with my feet. I don’t know what to do now

Why did every fraternity reject me?

I graduated from ucla in 2024, and I rushed three separate times. No chapter took me. I usually get told “this chapter isn’t a good fit for you” after the first day. No one gives me feedback about why I was rejected. It’s just frustrating that so many in Greek life encourages everyone to join, but they clearly don’t want most people. Rejection is a part of life, but it sucks to get left out
